Southwinds Cranston 2017 Camps

Here are the dates for our summer camps!  Registration is NOW OPEN!

Peewee T-ball Camp – CranstonTEE-BALL 2015 072

  • Dates: Monday, July 3 – Thursday, July 6
  • Time:10:00-11:30
  • Cost: $60
  • Ages: 3 – 6 years old boys and girls
  • What:  One of the only camps offered for this age group!  Join us as we teach the basic skills of hitting, throwing, catching and base running in fun active ways!  Players will be given the opportunity to use their skills in the daily ball game.  We divide the players into age groups so they will receive instruction based on their age and skill level.  We will read the kids a story from the Jesus Storybook Bible each day.  This camp is great fun both for the players and the coaches!

(TWEEN) CampTotally Wacky Energetic Exceptionally Nifty IMG_8350Camp!

  • Dates: Monday, July 3 – Thursday, July 6
  • Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Cost: $40
  • Ages: Tweens between the ages of 8 – 12
  • What: Back by popular demand: join us for a Totally Wacky good time filled with Energetic games and competitions. You will also enjoy some Exceptionally Nifty life lessons such as teamwork, sportsmanship, cooperation and friendship. Come prepared to get wet or messy or dirty or all of the above!

Ocean Commotion Kids’ Camp

  • Dates: Monday, July 31 – Friday, August 4
  • Time: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
  • Cost: $40
  • Ages: Boys and girls entering grades K-6
  • What: Join us for a boatload of fun for five days!   Your kids will dive deep into the account of Noah and the Flood from the book of Genesis! They’ll learn to apply the spiritual lessons from Noah’s life to their own. And, along the way, they’ll uncover earthly lessons from the Flood: how all the animals fit on the Ark, how the Flood covered the whole Earth, and how we can still see the effects of this Flood today. They’ll also learn that the flood legends from around the world are based on the true account in Genesis!  We will sing songs, play games, make crafts and enjoy a snack each day!  It’s going to be great fun at each station!
